Youth Fellowship/Ministry (Grades 7 - 12)
Ever wonder where to find other teens like yourself? Teens who enjoy using compassion and kindness to spread God's love? Well, you've found us.
Besides all the fun we have through fellowship during outings and adventures, we have a great time working in community outreach programs to show the abundance of ways God works in our lives. We also have a way cool new area upstairs to talk, watch movies or just hang with friends.
St. John's United Church of Christ Youth Groups are in partnership with the youth of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
Sr. Youth Groups (Grades 9 - 12): Meetings are every Sunday evening at 7 PM.
Jr. Youth Group (Grades 7 - 8): Meetings are every Sunday evening at 6 PM.
Choir Opportunities: Contact Mike Burns (Sanctuary Choir Director) if you are interested in Youth Choir or joining the Sanctuary Choir.
Softball/Basketball Teams (seasonal): Sign up on the bulletin board in Memorial Hall.
Church Camp: St. John's helps sponsor our UCC church camp located in Merom, Indiana. Summer campers ages 10 to 18 can participate in a variety of age or sport related camps throughout the summer months. St. John's pays one-half of camperships for their members' children.
